Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs payments made to The Thirteen Standards of Knowledge platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

2. Payment Structure

The Service requires a one-time payment of $10,000 USD for lifetime access, as "lifetime access" is defined in the Terms of Service. AI usage is paid for separately in prepaid AI credits, as described in Section 5.4 of the Terms of Service.

3. No Refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, including for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not using, or stopping use of, the Service
  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes or results
  • Disagreement with the content or methodology
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses or content quality
  • Technical issues on your end (browser, device, internet connection)
  • Termination of your account for violation of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Discontinuation of the Service, except as the law requires

4. Why There Is No Refund Window

We expect every participant to do their due diligence first. Attend our free sessions, use the free demo, ask your toughest questions, and fully explore the value of the program before you pay. If you are not absolutely confident, do not enroll. We believe it is unwise to invest in any program without total clarity and conviction, and we have structured the Service so that you can test the philosophy and experience the insights before spending anything.

5. Exceptions

We will correct the following, which are not refunds of a purchase but corrections of an error:

  • Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will reverse the duplicate
  • Processing errors. If a payment was taken but access was not granted because of an error on our side, and we cannot grant access, we will reverse the payment

We will also honor any refund right that applicable consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

6. AI Credits

AI credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where the law requires. An unused balance is not paid out in cash and does not expire while your account remains in good standing. Automatic reloads are charges you authorized in Settings → Billing and are governed by Section 5.4 of the Terms of Service. If you believe a ledger entry is wrong, contact us within 30 days of the entry and we will review it.

7. The Zero-Risk Commitment

Our site describes a separate commitment: that people who master The Thirteen Standards of Knowledge, and qualify, will be offered an earning position with us, or the fee will be reimbursed. That commitment is not a refund under this policy. Whether a participant has mastered the Standards and qualifies is determined by us, and the conditions of any reimbursement under that commitment are set out in writing at the time of qualification.

8. Chargebacks

  • If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first; we will work to resolve it
  • Initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorized is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account
  • We will dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery

9. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through Stripe; Stripe's terms apply to payment processing
  • Any correction under Section 5 is issued to the original payment method, in USD; currency conversion fees are not reimbursed

11. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last Updated" date is changed. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the Service.

12. Acknowledgment

BY MAKING A PAYMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS REFUND POLICY.

Note: This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
