Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of The Thirteen Standards of Knowledge platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

  • Use multiple accounts to circumvent demo session limits
  • Attempt to access paid content without payment
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Abuse the payment system or attempt to manipulate payment processing

2.4 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Transmit hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code

2.5 AI Chat Misuse

You agree NOT to use the AI chat interface to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Create content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Generate spam or unsolicited commercial content
  • Attempt to extract or replicate proprietary algorithms or content
  • Use the AI to generate content for illegal purposes
  • Abuse the AI system through excessive or automated requests

2.6 Intellectual Property Violations

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content without permission
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Share account access to allow others to view paid content

2.7 System Abuse

You agree NOT to:

  • Overload or overwhelm the Service with excessive requests
  • Use the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users
  • Attempt to crash, slow down, or damage the Service
  • Interfere with rate limiting or security measures
  • Use the Service to test security vulnerabilities without authorization

3. Demo Session Restrictions

3.1 Demo Session Limits

  • Demo sessions are provided for preview purposes only
  • Demo sessions are subject to usage limits and rate restrictions
  • Attempts to circumvent demo limits are prohibited

3.2 Prohibited Demo Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts to bypass demo session limits
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent IP-based rate limiting
  • Share demo access with others
  • Use automated tools to access demo sessions
  • Attempt to extract or scrape content from demo sessions

4. Account Security

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Using strong, unique passwords (if applicable)

4.2 Prohibited Account Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Sell, rent, or transfer your account
  • Use another person's account
  • Create fake or fraudulent accounts
  • Use accounts for commercial resale purposes

5. Content and Communication Standards

5.1 Respectful Communication

You agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully with other users (if applicable)
  • Use appropriate language and tone
  • Respect diverse viewpoints and backgrounds

5.2 Prohibited Communications

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten others
  • Use discriminatory or offensive language
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning notifications
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Loss of access to paid content without refund
  • Legal action if violations involve illegal activity

6.2 Investigation

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate any suspected violations
  • Monitor usage patterns and activities
  • Review account activity and content
  • Cooperate with law enforcement when required

6.3 No Refund for Violations

If your account is terminated for violating this AUP:

  • You are not eligible for a refund
  • Termination is not grounds for a refund request
  • You may be permanently banned from the Service

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of violations of this AUP, please report them to:

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access to the Service without refund.
